Application Procedures

Support Personnel

Persons interested in Support Personnel positions (secretary, para-professional, instructional aide, cafeteria & custodial) who wish to have an application on file to be considered for full-time or substitute employment must submit the following information:

1.     Letter of interest
2.     Resume
3.     Corry Area School District Support Personnel Employment Application
4.     Copy of updated and valid Act 34 Criminal History Check
5.     Copy of updated and valid Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance
6.     Minimum of three (3) letters of reference.

Teachers and Administrators
In order for interested teaching and administrative applicants to receive full consideration for employment and qualify for a personal interview, a completed Corry Area School District Application Packet that includes the following credentials is required.

1. Letter of interest and resume
2. Completed/Signed PA Standard Teaching Application
3. Copy of valid PA certificate
4. Copy of updated and valid Act 34 Criminal History Check or copy of receipt for new Act 34 Criminal History Check application
5. Copy of updated and valid Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance or copy of receipt for new Act 151 Child Abuse History Clearance application
6.  Copy of Praxis Results
7. Minimum of three (3) letters of reference.
