Athletic Physical Opportunity for 2025-2026
Students interested in playing sports during the 2025-2026 school year can get their mandatory sports physical for free at the school during the day on May 15th or May 20th. In order to get this free physical, student-athletes will need to get a physical packet from their coach or pick up one in the middle-high school office. That packet must be completed and returned to the middle-high school office in order to be signed up for an appointment. Appointments will not be made if the packet is incomplete. There are 135 appointments available and there will not be another free physical opportunity for the 2025-2026 school year. Appointments will be on a first come, first serve basis. Physicals can always be completed through your primary care physician as well.
