The Preparticipation Athletic Packet needed to participate in 2024-2025 athletics is attached.  Athletic physicals for 2024-2025 school year MUST happen after May 1, 2024 and before participation in regular season practices or competitions. You can also pick up a hard copy of this packet in the high school or school district administration office after May 1, 2024.  Free physicals will be given on June 10th between 8:30 and 3:00 at the high school.  There are a limited number of appointments. You must call the school office prior to June 10th to sign up for an appointment time.  The Preparticipation Athletic Packet must be filled out and signed before you can get a physical.
